CURRY PUFFS!

i really miss seeing diff colours of people.

i see all the YELLOWs over here in China.
n im seriously SICK OF IT.
(though im part of the yellows.)

n i miss ESPLANADE!

though i seldom visit Esplanade,
but sumhow i just feel dat it represents Spore.
something which WE are proud of.

i wanted to try LAKSA but decided not to
coz Jinli has already tried it the other time.
n i wan to try smth new!

n so i had HOKKIEN PRAWN NOODLE! coz i realli miss GEYLANG's one!
im glad ive made the right choice coz it tasted so so so WONDERFUL!

好有弹性的面，
配上附有螃蟹味的鲜汁，
还有那新鲜又甜甜的虾，
简直是人间美味！

im not exaggerating.
but it tasted good for me at least.

we took a cab back immediately aft we had our meal.
becoz i wanted to continue wif my halfdone work.
oh n our first assignment is to write an essay
to INTRODUCE SINGAPORE.

n i decided to write abt the 12 mths in spore.

jinli n i had AJISEN! we were really excited n happy (esp Jinli)

they haf a wide variety of Ramen too! i reckon they haf at least 15 diff Ramens for u to choose from!! but only 5 are spicy ramens. =(

jinli ate 猪软骨拉面！
n i decided to try the MOST spicy ramen! 火山牛肉拉面！ though it was not as spicy as Spore's Volcanoe Ramen, but it was the most spicy food i had after 3 weeks in Hangzhou. the spicy food i had before were all below expectations.

n guess wad.

YUMMYlicious! But still, Spore's chicken rice is better.

Grace was webcaming but v cooperative!
she even talked abt how she felt aft 3 weeks in China.

Joycelyn was alr sleeping when we 突击 her room

she really had too much wine n felt nauseous. Naughty Maggie.

Edna was the most calm one.

she was webcaming n didnt bother much bout us. =(though i was reluctant to do this filming,

the ambience was great:
since we couldnt haf buffet,

it tasted very very nice!

i swear it was one of the best food ive eaten so far in China. i believe the picture says it all n i dont haf to further elaborate on it. affordable price too. 68rmb.

it was so satisfying n aft eating we decided to stroll.
alright alright. strolled becoz we didnt noe where we could go.

we continued to walk n walk n while waiting for the pedastrian, i snapped pics of their traffic lights. both vehicles' n pedastians'.

im juz amazed by their complicated n confusing traffic lights.

didnt buy a single item! so proud of myself! geex.

oh n they dont sell rice by sacks:anglelia was like saying someone may haf picked his nose n shoved his hands into the rice to get rid of the dirt. gosh. imagine ur rice wif greyish particles. =x

aft which we went to Pizzahut to haf a bite but i didnt eat coz i was still pretty full.

jinli had to rush back for her night lesson n so we hurriedly took a cab n returned to school.

im lookin forward to tmr coz it's SPRING CLEANING DAY for our room! yipee!

i noe it's rather... should i say WEIRD? becoz i believe 古文 sounds so boring to most of us.

i dont exactly noe why i like it best but i juz noe it's the only module which i would really study for. perhaps it's the only module which we haf to prepare beforehand.

no doubt the lecturer is a 40+yrs old man wif specs n a big belly. i like him though. geex.

to be honest i dont realli like this module but i find the teacher humorous n time passes fast during his lesson. every lesson seems to be somehow similar n some parts haf alr been touched by LKF.

therfore his lesson is easy to understand unlike the others.
n the lecturer has thick eyebrows
n look like the older version of 九孔.
haha.

my 3rd fav module is ...

中国哲学！

many ranked philosophy lesson as their fav module but i tink otherwise.

though philosophy is easier to understand n i haf to admit dat the lecturer is good, but i find the tutorials v stressful coz we haf to take turns to voice out our opinions etc.

i juz dun like it.

阅读与写作！

writing has never been my forte n so i haf no interest in it. i hate to write but im forced to write!
argh!

ranked it 4th coz the female lecturer is a nice lady.

honestly speaking the lecturer is superb. fashionable n can speak very well.

but i never fail to fall asleep during her lessons. it's nt dat she is boring, but i juz cant help it.

perhaps i haf no interest in wad shes teaching.

i realli cant survive in this module!

i simply dont understand y do i haf to study China's history when im a Singaporean!

i tink im goin to flunk this module for sure.

anyway i went to one of HangZhou's biggest bookstore the other day!

i didnt visit dere to search for 写真集(Unlike Jinli), but i went to buy all these:

n i forgot to bring my 于丹《论语》to China!
so i bought it again!
together wif 《庄子》!
于丹是我的偶像！

n lastly, i bought this for bel at another bookstore: i took it immediately when i saw it.

hope bel will like it. but she would only be able to receive it months later.

n let me introuduce to u guys a Korean Restaurant which my bunkmates n i visit frequently.

小长今！wad a name. but the food is nice!

dat sells Chinese food.

but it was delicious! only 42 rmb for the entire set!

we had a great time Karaoke-ing till 10pm n we immediately took a cab back to our hostel coz we haf to reach hostel by 11pm sharp.

though i didnt get to eat my Spore's food/Jap food, but still i enjoyed my SATURDAY!
