i finally got a chance to step into CAROUSEL
located at Royal Plaza on Scotts Hotel.
it is time for my HIGH TEA buffet!




















honestly speaking,
i was rather disappointed.

i was expecting a wide range of small exquisite cakes
but apparently Carousel doesnt provides us wif dat.

well it's ok,
the food we had at Carousel wasnt dat bad afterall.

n becoz i wasnt v satisfied wif my high tea,
i insisted to get some MACARONS from Canele!
lovely Macarons!!!
my next stop shall be Meritus Mandarin's
TOP OF THE 'M'!
