today is an extraordinary day
coz i specially planned an outing for Jinli n myself!

i did put in effort by doing tons of research,
reading reviews,
n typing out an itenarary!

i planned 3 main activities for us,
1- FUN,
2- MORE FUN,
n 3- FOOOOODD!

first stop,
SINGAPORE'S SCIENCE CENTRE!

c'mon,
let's indulge ourselves in the WORLD OF SCIENCE!
we saw really many many interesting exhibits!
so i picked a few to blog abt!

one:

press the green button n the circular board will start spinning.
look in the center for 30 secs n look at ur backhand.
ur skin will look as if it is expanding!

two:
walk frm left to right looking at the stretch of doors.
the doors seem to be opening!

three:
this is interesting.
look at the black wall in btwn the poles.
can u see 2 pairs of man facing each other?

four:
this is a tessellation.
it is a drawing OF (not BY) an artist!
can u see many images of the artist?

five:
this pottery spins n the focus isnt on it actually.
look at both sides of the pottery
n u'd be able to see 2 faces.
becoz it spins, they appear to be talking!

six:
my fav amongst all!

seven:
i wonder if it is part of the exhibition.
but his sudden eye movement
caused Jinli n i to get such a big shock!

dere was a section I SPACE!
eight:
this "tornado" caught our attention
but it is just pure mist actually.

nine:
another fav exhibit of mine.
there is a timer for it n the challenge is to
press the lit up buttons before they go off
which is really tough!

look at our scores n u noe.
Jinli has such longs hands n legs
n she got only TWO buttons pressed.
i mocked at her n she went for a second try!
at least we see some improvements made.
well done!
n no doubt i wanna gif it a try too!
i really went all out to act fast!
given my short hands n legs,
i managed to press EIGHT buttons!
claps for myself!
ten:
this waterfall is amazing.
key in any numbers or alphabets
n wadever u keyed in will "fall"!

eleven:
this is the most stunning exhibit.
notice the circled ELECTRICITY given out!
dere was even FIRE but i was too slow n
stunned to snap the ultra electricity n fire.

twelve:
can u see a tree, fish n a boat in picture one,
n a duck in picture two?

thirteen:
1st picture depicts a drawing of a not-too-sure wad creature,
n the 2nd picture is a basket of fruits!

it was ard 3pm+
n we had to move on to the next destination!
but we stamped our hands so we were allowed to return!
WHEE!
my next planned place to visit is none other than
SNOW CITY!

it was my very first visit to Snow City
n i pinned high hopes on it!

no photography was allowed
but i had to haf sum pictures as memorial right?

so we bought it!

DUN LAUGH AT OUR DAK GLAM FACES.
(Jinli so HIGH can.)
n i still tried to TWIST for the camera.
aft a HELL LOAD of fun sliding down the ice
n behaving like kids throwing ice at each other,
we got ourselves changed
coz we were ICED everywhere!

while waiting for our photos to be developed,
we took a christmassy picture !
we didnt return to Science Centre
coz i complained i was in need of FOOD!

n the last part of our day planned
was to haf dinner at
NIHON MURA!
we went to Jurong West sports complex outlet
coz i reckoned dere would be more peace there.

the environment n ambience were superb.
wif christmas decos roo!
it was kinda Marche-style
whereby we were given a black cup.
other than conveyor belt sushis, the rest of the food
has to be ordered through large ice cream sticks!
n simply placed them inside the black cup to make ur orders!

their green tea is priced at 80cents
but it was non-refillable.

we had SUSHIS priced at 99 cents per plate!

POTATO SALAD!
FRIED TOFU!
GYOZAS!
(realli yummy!)
SKEWERS!
(crispy munchy munchy!)
they even haf desserts!

CHOCOLATE SUNDAE!
TIRAMISU!
all in all,
thumbs up for their food!

nonetheless,
some of the food choices are quite pricey
but u can choose not to eat them!

food like gyozas n skewers or desserts
can be shared to lessen the load of our stomach
n most imptly our wallets!

Jinli spent a mere $12+
n i spent an acceptable $18+.
(inclusive of GST n Service charge)

wif so much food n all the xtra charges,
$30+ for 2 persons is really affordable!
(no im nt advertising for them.)

shall end off wif our pic as usual,
hey dar,
hope uve enjoyed wad ive planned for us!
i had a wonderful time wif u!
