my CHOCO SHAKE.

both of us had soup pastas today.

Jinli's CHICKEN & MUSHROOM.
creamy soup tasted good but prob too filling for me.
my SCALLOP & MUSHROOM.
i requested for chilli padi and
the spicy clear soup tasted so so so good!
our top notch in-house pizzas are not to be missed.

we had a SALMON & MUSHROOM.
we tried our TOAST for the very first time
n it tasted pretty good!
but we should haf eat it rightaway when it was out from the oven.

POTATO MENTAI TOAST.
oh and it comes wif a salad too.
we had such a great time eating
and also collaborating wif Von to mock
our AM andrie and Ah Mok.

afterwhich we headed to the cinema for a movie,
RACE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN.

i totally enjoyed it.
n if u are craving for a movie but not sure of which,
why not gif it a try!

we went home aft the movie before the sky darkened
and i tot it was kinda rare really.

mummy's cooking is still indeed the best!

we sang our LUNGS out

we travelled to Holland V as

he didnt notice us when we stepped in
coz he was really engrossed cooking pasta.

we took our seats n began flipping thru the menus.

Wayne den came out to floor n
did some recommendations.

i tried the LYCHEE FREEZE which he introduced
n after adding sugar syrup,
it tasted really good!
Jinli had E=MC2
n didnt like the soda taste dat comes wif it.
nonetheless,
she managed to finish her drink.
we are true prawn lovers
n tried both their creamy prawn spaghetti n rice.
(pardon me for the v orangey pics
coz i overlooked the camera settings.)
i was trying to pour chilli flakes over my spaghetti
when the cover came off causing my spaghetti
to be literally flooded wif chilli flakes.
wad a sight.

the staffs were kind enough to remove
as much chilli flakes as they could for me n
Wayne even provided me wif more creamy sauce.

i added the creamy sauce
n indeed it turned out to be so much better.
at least i didnt feel as if i was savouring all the chilli flakes.

i haf to admit i wasnt a fan of NYDC
as most of their food which ive tried didnt appeal to me.

but but but,
the creamy prawn spaghetti was v much to my liking!
it wasnt overly-creamed
n the prawns n mushrooms tasted v fresh n springy!

am v satisfied wif my dinner,
n i ought to thank Wayne for dat.
this is our very first time trying his cooked food
n he did not let us down at all.

left NYDC wif a bloated stomach
coz i couldnt help but to scrape all the food off my plate.

we didnt really haf a chance to take pics wif our great chef
so we ended up camwhoring (as usual).

so much so dat i wouldnt mind spending another year in poly
wif all my excellent lecturers n wonderful friends.
they are all gifts from heaven.
